Nana Ama Mc Brown Doesn't Qualify To Be Called A Presenter – Sally Mann

Sally Frimpong Mann, a popular entertainment panelist, now the host of Showtyme on Adom TV, has said that she does not regard Nana Ama Mcbrown as a presenter.

After listing her best Ghanaian TV presenters, she told Roselyn Felli on Joy Prime’s Changes show that Nana Ama is an actress who is trying to become a presenter.

“I know her to be an actress; I don’t reckon her as a presenter. Every single thing that she was doing in the movie industry is what she’s trying to bring onto the presentation,” she said.

Sally Mann does not dispute the fact that Nana Ama is doing well at her new role as a presenter. However, she thinks the actress is not a qualified presenter and should not be given the recognition. It is not only Nana Ama whom the ‘controversial’ Sally Mann deems not a presenter, but also all actors and actresses who have become TV show hosts. She feels that most of them ventured into presenting due to the low patronage in the movie industry.

“Every single person who has been into movies and has turned into a presenter, I don’t reckon them as presenters,” she said. She therefore mentioned Emelia Brobbey and Kwaku Manu as entertainers who are also leveraging on their acting careers to do presentation.

Additionally, she emphasised that such individuals are doing well due to the fame and following they have garnered on social media through acting, noting that they are not well acquainted with the ethics of journalism.

“I respect whatever they’re doing, but in the space of hosting and presenting, they don’t really uphold the ethics of the job. But because they have the fame, they’ve been able to translate that. They have the popularity and have brought it onto the scene, and people love them in that space.”

Black Sherif & King Paluta Doesn't Qualify For Grammy Nomination - Stonebwoy

In response to the criticism he has faced regarding his vocal opposition to a recent Grammy article that celebrated Hiplife artists who contributed to the evolution of contemporary music, Stonebwoy has provided a fresh viewpoint.

During a discussion with MC Portfolio on his podcast in Kumasi, following his attendance at the All Black party at Ridge Condos, Stonebwoy expressed his feelings of being significantly overlooked despite his prominent status in the music industry.

He questioned the decision to feature emerging artists like Black Sherif and King Paluta while excluding him.

The Bhim Nation leader acknowledged that while the article shines a light on Ghanaian music, it is riddled with inaccuracies that he is advocating to have corrected.

Although he draws inspiration from Hiplife, he contends that the article attempts to define the entirety of Ghanaian music solely through the lens of Hiplife, which he finds problematic.

Overall, he highlighted his deep understanding of the music scene, emphasizing his commitment to listening and learning.

Stonebwoy then appreciated the writer's intentions but believes the article does not accurately reflect the current landscape of Ghanaian music and cannot be confined to the Hiplife genre.

Biography Of Kumawood Actor Scorpion

Scorpion, a household name in Ghana's movie industry, has paid his dues and solidified his status as a legendary action film star. Born Andrews Mensah Ntul, he earned the moniker "Scorpion" in his debut movie with Ninja Film Production, the second action film group after Emma Boakye Ogyaba's introduction of action or karate films in Kumawood.

Ogyaba and his director, Samuel Asare, paved the way with their debut film, "Awereto wo me," which featured pastors fighting with karate techniques. Years later, Ninja Film Production followed suit with a movie that showcased marvelous stunts, starring Andrews Ntul Mensah alongside Kyeiwaa, Wayoosi, and the late Katawere, among other stars. This film became a hilarious sensation, with its success leading to the sold-out album "B16." Thus, the legendary Scorpion became a household name, registering him as one of the pioneers of action films in Ghana.

In a recent interview, Scorpion was asked about his potential foray into politics, following in the footsteps of his colleagues Okuani, Cocoa, and Tailor. While Cocoa has already declared his candidacy with the CPP, Scorpion remained coy about his own intentions. He emphasized that politics is a personal choice and not a criminal endeavor, leaving the door open for a future transition.

Scorpion likened himself to Moses, suggesting that if called upon to serve and liberate his people, he would answer. However, he clarified that any political aspirations would only be pursued after he has exited active acting roles. For now, his focus remains on creating thrilling stunts to entertain his audience.

When pressed about his potential party affiliation, Scorpion diplomatically praised both the NDC and NPP, describing them as "nice and fun to join." Nevertheless, he tactfully declined to disclose his leanings, choosing to keep the matter confidential.

As the interview concluded, Scorpion's response left fans and political enthusiasts wondering if the legendary actor will indeed make a move into politics. Only time will tell if Scorpion will trade in his action hero persona for a role in Ghana's political arena."

Stop Discrediting My Efforts - Peter Of Psquare Tells Rudeboy

My Dear Brother Paul, I've Told You Many Time's I'm Not In Competition With You Or Anyone else ; Stop Discrediting My Efforts - Peter

In Recent Post's Made By Peter Of The Psquare Music Group ; He Calls Out His Twin Brother Paul As A Naysayer And An Ungrateful Being , He Again Schooled Paul On Why He Said He Wrote All Songs In Psquare Music Group.

[ Read A Copied Text From Peter Of PSQUARE ] 👇👇👇

My Dear Brother Paul,

Just like I have told you several times, I am not in any competition with you or anybody else. However, seeing you grant countless interviews where you constantly discredit my efforts in the group that we both created and built together really speaks volumes. In your recent interviews, you claimed that you wrote and sang 99% of all P-SQUARE songs and discredited me by saying that our song with TI "EjeaJo," which I wrote, was a failure. You went as far as using the YouTube views to discredit me once again.

You never acknowledged the other songs like "Get-Squared," "Bizzy Body," "Personally," "Roll It," "Temptation," "Alingo," "More than a Friend," "Shekini," "Say Your Love," "Gimme Dat," "Senorita," "IGBEdu," and a few others. Were these songs also considered failures as well?

Every time I have spoken in interviews about P-SQUARE, I have always used "we" and "us" because I saw us as a team. But whenever you speak, it’s always "I" and "me," even when I’m standing right beside you. It’s as if I never existed.

My brother, neither of us is the most talented artist in the world, but you fail to understand that God gave us this talent and even granted us another chance to excel after our last breakup. Instead, you chose to turn the most awarded and decorated music group in Africa into a laughingstock again.

One thing you need to understand clearly is that the fans didn’t fall in love with P-SQUARE because of who sang or danced the most. What made us special was the magic that came from our combined effort - us two! P-SQUARE was a force, and the fans fell in love with P-SQUARE because of our uniqueness and unity. We both have talent, no doubt, and I have often praised you in our interviews for your songwriting ability. I have also praised anyone who has ever written a song for us or even for me as Mr. P. But instead of showing gratitude for my kind words, you seem to find satisfaction in rubbing it in my face, forgetting that it is by God’s grace that we have come this far.

Rather than joining forces with me to reclaim our number 1 spot in the music industry, you chose to team up with Jude to claim the number 1 spot in the P-SQUARE group, always looking for opportunities to marginalize and humiliate me.

You are always claiming to be P-SQUARE’s songwriter, composer, producer, singer, backup vocalist, in fact you are everything including P-SQUARE’s video director, band, promoter, manager, even the choreographer. You are the Author and Finisher of P-SQUARE! In fact, I dash you 100% of everything instead of the 99% you claim.

I blame myself for not responding to your tweet claims in April 2015 that you wrote and sang all of P-SQUARE’s songs. I didn’t respond to these false claims for the sake of peace, as advised by family and friends, and now I am paying dearly for it.

So, my brother, let me ask you: Is Rudeboy or Mr P bigger and more successful than P-SQUARE today? Are we individually selling out arenas and stadiums like P-SQUARE used to? Are we topping world music charts with our songs as solo artistes?

Do we command crowds and entertain massive audiences like P-SQUARE?

I often find myself wondering, what do you truly gain by constantly disrespecting and belittling me all the time. You have disrespected my wife, disrespected my family, disrespected my talent, disrespected my ideas, and even sided with Jude when he was clearly trying to oppress me. Now, it feels like you have taken it even further by trying so hard to turn the fans against me by making them believe I’m jealous of you.

You have been doing everything for the fans to hate me, but guess what? They will never hate me; instead, they will hate us both because we have disappointed and failed them.

I hope you are happy now. I genuinely wish you nothing but the best, bro! As for those who believe these lies and false narratives and come to my page to drop negative comments, I understand because you have been fed the wrong narrative for a long time. Please allow me to focus and do my music in peace.

As for the EFCC matter,

I will address it before the end of today. Stay tuned! Peace✌🏾

                                                      PETER OKOYE.
